A practical CPD workshop for professionals supporting young people’s wellbeing through creativity. This hands-on session shares ready-to-use activities in art, drama, and movement – designed to boost emotional regulation, self-expression and resilience. Leave with a fresh set of creative tools to use in your daily work, and a deeper understanding of how creativity supports wellbeing for children and young people.

​These two crucial professional development workshop, led by Senior Lecturer and Art Psychotherapist Sarah Harrison-Greaves, are designed specifically for you. It will help you develop an understanding of trauma responses and trauma-informed approaches that support young people’s wellbeing and sustain your own professional practice.
